Get To Know Ted Whyte, Your Realtor™
Ted Whyte grew up in Springfield, Idaho on a farm with his six siblings, which is where he developed a strong work ethic and learned the benefits of putting in an honest day’s work. In 1986, Ted moved to Rexburg and opened up Gringo’s Mexican Restaurant. That’s where he met his future wife, Nancy, who was his Realtor™ at the time!
In 1991, Ted decided to join Nancy in the business and got his real estate license. They formed the team “Spouses Selling Houses” and enjoyed working together for many years. Ted succeeded quickly, being a natural at sales and loving to work with people!
30 Years Later
More than 30 years later, Ted continues to be incredibly committed to serving his community. He has consistently achieved Centurion status, and Grand Centurion, the highest levels in the Century 21 System. Ted has served on many local committees as well as planning and zoning for the City of Rexburg. He is the past President of the Upper Valley Association of Realtors™ and was the State Director for the Upper Valley Association of Realtors™. He has also served on several committees for the Idaho Realtors™.
